Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ethical conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise.
• Participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising tasks (sets and resets).
• Assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift (if age 18+).
• Operate cardboard baler (if age 18+).
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds; maintain poultry holding tanks.
• Complete all documentation for duties.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
