Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member in Brevard, NC to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will work varied shifts, perform duties from cashiering to merchandising, assist customers with loading purchases, and help maintain the well-being of birds. No experience required; HS diploma preferred; propane cert may be needed for 18+.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend product solutions; add value and show appreciation.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-grams (merchandising, sets, and resets) and merchandise assembly.
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and cardboard baler (if age 18+).
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience and safety of birds.
