Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in the Boston area is seeking Team Members to greet customers, assist teammates, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You’ll support selling initiatives and complete assigned tasks with flexibility and service orientation.

You may work varied shifts, handle cash, recover merchandise, stock, and help customers load purchases. No experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add value.
• Operate cash register and handle cash as established by policy.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a safe, friendly shopping experience.
