The Law Office of Adam C. Freedman, PLLC is seeking a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Remote Part-Time Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of creative work and legal tasks in a flexible, remote setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s owner to handle a wide variety of legal duties and provide support to our marketing and administration efforts.

  • Hours: 20-25 hours per week (EST)
  • Location: NYC (Preferred)/Remote

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an assistant (preferably in the music, television, or entertainment industry)
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Proficient in Canva and other content creation tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and excellent phone skills
  • Team player

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Assist with email marketing and digital campaigns
  • Help with scheduling and calendar management
  • Proofread and format legal documents and handle various client communications
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents
  • Conduct basic legal research to help draft blog posts and legal content
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed, including client billing, marketing, reception, and other general office matters
