SWAN - Legal Training Specialist
The SWAN Legal Services Initiative (LSI) is a program that was created to address barriers within the legal process that delay permanency for a child in the child welfare system.
The Legal Training Specialist (LTS) is responsible for providing written research and consultation to legally focused components of the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network, including Legal Services Initiative (LSI) Warmline inquiries and SWAN staff. This position prepares and presents legal materials and trainings in collaboration with other department managers to SWAN staff and other organizations and initiatives who provide child welfare training in Pennsylvania.
Schedule: Full Time, Exempt position works a minimum of 8 hours between 8 AM – 5 PM. This includes a 30-minute paid lunch.
