Job summary

Fried Frank is seeking a Legal Products Manager within the Innovation & Knowledge team to lead technologists, architect key initiatives, and deliver integrated legal tech solutions across the firm’s practice and operations. You will guide cloud, AI, and third-party applications, while coordinating with IT and stakeholders to maximize value and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on delivery, and a passion for transforming how lawyers work through technology.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team of technologists in a legal tech environment.
Proven ability to architect and deliver solutions using Power Platform, Azure and related technologies.
Experience with AI tools used in legal and business operations (e.g., Legora, Harvey).
Strong communication skills and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of technologists, establishing standards for solution design and quality.
Own legal solution architecture and delivery of key initiatives.
Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate solution effectiveness and adoption.
Integrate SaaS and AI tools with firm systems and ensure security and governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy into executable work pipelines.
Monitor trends, improve user experience, and drive technology transformation across the firm.
