Job summary
Primary Services, the largest privately held recycling and composting company in the U.S., seeks a Legal Technology Analyst to unify legal tech, data, and AI initiatives within a growing department. This role partners with Legal, IT, and business teams to optimize platforms like Ironclad, Legal Tracker, and CSC, while delivering scalable integrations, dashboards, and automation.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Technology, Legal Systems Administration, or a related field required.
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Ironclad, Legal Tracker, CSC, or comparable CLM, entity management, and matter management platforms.
- API integration experience with Power BI, Fabric, Dynamics, and Claude/Anthropic.
- Experience leading software implementations, system integrations, technology projects, and process design.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems administration, databases, data management, workflow automation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, business intelligence, and operational reporting.
- Experience integrating legal technology with broader enterprise business systems.
- Experience supporting a growing legal department or high-growth organization preferred.
- Private equity-backed and/or large public company experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technology lead for the Legal Department and liaison with IT and business stakeholders.
- Administer and enhance Ironclad, CSC, Legal Tracker, DocuSign, and other legal technology platforms.
- Design and maintain Ironclad templates, playbooks, renewals, entity workflows, and AI functionality.
- Integrate legal platforms with enterprise technologies including Claude, Ramp, Business Central, Workday, and Carta.
- Develop API integrations and data solutions involving Power BI, Fabric, Dynamics, and AI platforms.
- Lead business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, and dashboard initiatives for Legal.
- Automate legal workflows, approvals, documentation, reporting, and other recurring processes.
- Maintain data integrity, governance, security, and compliance across legal technology systems.
- Manage legal entity structures, registrations, annual filings, and corporate governance documentation.
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions to track KPIs, legal spend, budgets, forecasts, and operational performance.
- Lead legal technology implementations, integrations, process improvements, and user adoption.
- Develop and deliver training for new legal technology capabilities across the organization.
- Support risk and compliance, procurement, litigation holds, discovery, and subpoena responses as needed.

The Legal Technology Analyst will serve as the primary technology liaison between Legal, IT, and business teams, owning the optimization and integration of legal technology platforms and workflows.
