Job summary

You will partner with practice group leaders to manage associate work allocation, ensuring equitable distribution aligned with client needs and individual development. You will track workloads, support performance reviews, and coach with the PD team, while collaborating on onboarding, licensing, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of staffing/work allocation experience in a large law firm or professional services.
• Experience in talent management, coaching, and career development.
• Strong interpersonal and confidential information handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice group leaders to manage staffing for associates.
• Track workloads and allocate new matters to ensure equitable distribution.
• Monitor associate metrics (availability, utilization) and support productivity goals.
• Support the associate performance review process and provide coaching with PD team.
• Collaborate on onboarding, licensing, and continuing legal education initiatives.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and associate wellness programs.
