This role combines team leadership, HR administration, training and development, workflow optimization, and operational coordination to deliver consistent, value-added legal support. The position supervises LPAs supporting the Seattle transactional practice group and the Bellevue and Boise offices, requiring regular travel between locations.

Washington State compensation range: $98,350 to $149,480 annually #LI-Hybrid
