$120.00/hr - $180.00/hr

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $120–$180/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 2–3 weeks

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (flexible based on availability and project requirements)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

  • Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents following project guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials
  • Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards
  • Verify sources and ensure data is sourced from public, verifiable platforms
  • Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and adhere to deadlines

Requirements

  • Good experience of active legal practice experience in Ireland, specializing in litigation or corporate/transactional law
  • Familiarity with Irish legal and regulatory document sources
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation standards
  • Strong organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work within tight timelines
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
