The Legal Specialist is a role of the utmost importance to the success and growth of Armada and the success of our clients. This position is responsible for the handling of a group of cases from the day they are retained by the firm, to the day that our clients are compensated.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a kickass mind blowing experience to our client base
• Complete case functions to increase settlement value and drive case towards settlement.
• Involvement in the improvement of systems and functions tied to job functions firm-wide.
• Advocate for our clients needs medically, ensuring they are able to receive the best care possible.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of law and legal processes
• Experience in handling a pending inventory of cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and address legal issues
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with medical documentation
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is preferred
