The Washington County District Attorney's Office is seeking a Legal Specialist I/II for the Criminal Prosecution Data Integrity team. Responsibilities include retrieving criminal case reports from multiple record management systems, processing court orders, updating the case management system after court appearances, and managing electronic case notifications from courts, law enforcement, defense attorneys, and other entities. The team also attends some court appearances virtually to enter data in real-time.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and high accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing deadlines is essential. Knowledge of legal or criminal justice systems is a plus.

Bilingual Positions: These roles require Spanish language skills, including writing, speaking fluently, and clear communication. Bilingual pay is 5% of base pay or $75 per pay period, whichever is greater.
