Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Epiq AI Labs in New York seeks a Legal Solutions Engineer to bridge law and technology. You will lead legal discussions, tailor demos, and define POC success criteria, partnering with Sales and clients across regions including EMEA and APAC.
You will translate complex legal workflows into concrete POC requirements, collaborate with general counsel and law firm partners, and ensure clean handoffs to Forward-Deployed engineers.
At Epiq, your work contributes to complex, global legal outcomes. You'll join a values-driven community where integrity guides decisions, relentless service sets the bar, and we thrive on big challenges together. We invest in your growth with enterprise-wide learning and mobility. We celebrate who you are, and we respect life beyond work with flexibility that’s recognized externally. Enabled by modern platforms and AI, you'll do the most meaningful work of your career and see your impact at scale.
Epiq AI Labs, established by Epiq in 2025, brings together builders, researchers, academics, legal professionals, and industry leaders to advance AI for complex legal and corporate challenges. Its work includes foundational AI research, large-scale data analysis, collaborative development of practical solutions, and AI education. Alongside research, the Labs leads the development of Epiq's flagship AI platform - the foundation for AI-powered workflows across litigation, compliance, antitrust, and other complex legal and corporate matters.
As our Legal Solutions Engineer, you'll be the legal expert on every deal. You'll partner with the Sales team to understand a prospect's legal work, show how our platform fits it, and define what a proof of concept (POC) needs to prove. You'll work with general counsel, law firm partners, and other decision makers across many prospects at once.
You'll lead the legal conversation and the demo; the Sales team handles pricing and the commercial pitch. When a deal moves into a POC, you'll hand it to a Forward-Deployed Legal Engineer. When a client wants to expand, you'll scope the next use case or practice group. You'll work from our New York office and serve clients in every region, including EMEA and APAC.
