Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full time

Job Class: 6560 (Secretary Associate Legal)

Salary: $19.27 - $27.74 hourly

About the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Secretary to support the Director, Assistant Director, and key staff. Responsibilities include managing legal documents, coordinating hiring, generating reports, and maintaining records. Strong organizational skills, data management proficiency, and discretion are essential. The role offers flexible scheduling and partial remote work options.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
