Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Legal Risk Analyst to join the expanding legal team. The role is remote with support for professionals located in or near Upington, South Africa, focusing on identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and regulatory risks across the organization.

You will collaborate with various business units to understand operations and develop compliance strategies. The ideal candidate has a law degree (LLB) and at least 5 years of experience in legal risk

• Law degree (LLB) or a related field with strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal risk management, compliance, or a related analytical role.
• In-depth understanding of South African legal and regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
