Job description

Manage end-to-end entry-level lawyer recruitment processes. Coordinate and oversee on-campus recruiting events and job fairs. Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and processes. Collaborate with the human resources team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Develop and maintain relationships with law schools and other professional networks. Monitor market trends to stay informed about industry standards and best practices. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to leadership. . The Successful Applicant. A successful Legal Recruiting Specialist should have:1 year experience in legal recruitment (required). Bachelors degree (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
