A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist to manage entry-level lawyer recruitment processes, coordinate events, and collaborate with HR for onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a bachelor's degree, along with a year of relevant experience.
Manage end-to-end entry-level lawyer recruitment processes. Coordinate and oversee on-campus recruiting events and job fairs. Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and processes. Collaborate with the human resources team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Develop and maintain relationships with law schools and other professional networks. Monitor market trends to stay informed about industry standards and best practices. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to leadership. . The Successful Applicant. A successful Legal Recruiting Specialist should have:1 year experience in legal recruitment (required). Bachelors degree (required).
