This position is an exempt role based in Chicago, responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle for lawyers, including summer associates, post-clerks, and lateral associates. The role involves fostering strong partnerships with practice group leaders, senior management, and our Professional Teams. The Legal Recruiting Manager will support key firmwide recruiting initiatives and will manage the Chicago Legal Recruiting team. The role reports to the Firmwide Director of Legal Recruiting.
