Job summary

Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to manage entry-level attorney and summer recruiting for the firm’s Denver, Salt Lake City, and surrounding offices.

You will coordinate interviewing, travel, and program logistics while building relationships with law schools, students, and faculty. The role reports to the Legal Recruiting Manager and supports firmwide IP recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year recruiting experience in a professional services environment.
• Law firm and event planning experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and viRecruit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute law student interviewing programs and recruiting outreach events.
• Facilitate candidate interview scheduling and logistics, including communications and attorney coordination.
• Support planning and administrative processes for the summer associate and patent engineer programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for summer associates, recruits, law student candidates, and entry-level associates.
• Build and maintain relationships with law schools, student organizations, and key recruiting contacts.
• Maintain recruiting records, candidate files, and budget tracking for recruiting operations.
• Coordinate recruiting committee meetings, materials, and related processes.
• Collaborate on firmwide IP recruiting initiatives and projects.
• Attend recruiting and summer program events as needed.
