Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff in Chicago is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team, manage resume collections, scheduling, and communications, and provide essential administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment.
This hybrid, full-time role requires 1–3 years of law-firm experience, proficiency with ViRecruit/LawCruit or similar ATS, Monday.com, and MS Office; base pay ranges 62K–77K with discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The Legal Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the functions of the Legal Recruiting team related to lateral attorney resume collection and management, interview scheduling, candidate and recruiter communications, and other administrative support functions.
The Legal Recruiting Coordinator must have a High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred. At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a law firm is required. Must be proficient in ViRecruit, LawCruit or similar ATS in addition to Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience with Monday.com is preferred but not required. Must be highly organized and have the ability to independently multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must possess an excellent client service attitude as well as outstanding professionalism and communication skills to provide optimal client service. Must possess good judgment and tact and remain poised in high-stress situations. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is required.
The salary range for this position is $62K to $77K.

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that Benesch provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full‑time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
