Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Freelance or contract recruiting specialist with a proven track record of recent successful placements in this dynamic field.

Qualifications
Candidates must have significant experience and strong current knowledge within the past 2 years to effectively source, recruit, and hire suitable professionals for our opportunities. We are hiring a freelance or contract recruiter with an LLC or 1099 status, available for 20 hours/week. Preference will be given to those with sourcing tools. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional ability to find, vet, and hire top talent, aligning with our fast-growing firm's culture and needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Align recruiting efforts with the firm's culture and strategic hiring goals using performance metrics.
  • Maintain and meet monthly recruiting and hiring targets.
  • Draft and post compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Identify and engage top talent via job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process, including tailored hiring funnels, to increase accuracy and reduce vacancy times.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assess cultural and technical fit, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
  • Utilize cognitive and behavioral assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Support offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding, including reference checks.
  • Develop competitive intelligence within the legal industry in Seattle and Washington.
  • Apply HR law and best practices in sourcing and hiring.
Qualifications
  • BA or BS in Business or a Master's in Human Resources.
  • Proven success in leading hiring initiatives, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Recent success as a recruiter within the last 2 years.
  • Current certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, PRC, CPC, LinkedIn, etc.
Contract Details
  • Position: Freelance/Contract, 20 hours/week.
  • Location: Remote, with hybrid or in-person options.
  • Compensation: Starting at $35/hour, based on experience.
  • Hours: Flexible, project-based workload.
Additional Information

Preferred industries include legal practice. This is a part-time, mid-senior level role in Human Resources.
