Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents including summons, subpoenas, complaints, and court orders to individuals and businesses.
• Plan and execute efficient daily routes throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas.
• Accurately document and record all service attempts and completions.
• Prepare and submit affidavits of service and proof of service documentation.
• Maintain consistent communication with the office regarding assignment status and updates.
