U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Process Server/Driver to serve legal documents, retrieve records, and ensure top-tier client service across the Greater Los Angeles area. A reliable vehicle, insurance, and professional conduct are required for this field-based role.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the San Francisco area, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and duties spanning subpoenas, on-site copying, and coordination with clients and field teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in legal services or delivery driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-serve subpoenas and legal documents.
• Copy and obtain records on-site as requested by clients.
• Pick up records and verify appointment details.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with locations, field managers, customer service reps, and production technicians.
• Provide status updates on subpoenas and service requests.
• Forward correspondence and request checks when necessary.
• Perform clerical duties, including scanning and uploading documents.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Utilize company software for documentation and tracking.
