Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking flexible process servers in Florida to deliver legal documents with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will work independently, plan routes, and show up when people are likely to be home while using our mobile app to claim jobs and track pay.

We provide training, tools, and support. This role suits those seeking a part-time gig or a flexible schedule outside a traditional office setting. Must have reliable transportation and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Tech savvy - iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server.
• State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization.
