In this role you will manage priorities, coordinate with partners, and implement efficient processes to deliver accurate, timely solutions. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in area of business preferred.
• 5+ years of relatable experience.
• Knowledge of business planning and building high-performing teams.
• Industry experience is a plus.

RR Donnelley is adding a Legal Operations Supervisor to their team!

We are seeking a detail oriented and service-drivenSupervisorto join our team. In thisrole you will be responsible for setting priorities, general project/team oversight, and understanding/deploying the resources required for a wide variety of requirements.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

NOTE: this position pays $68,500 max at this time

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the team
• Oversee staff of 10+ professionals
• Analyze performance and key metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Proactively address, handle, and rectify all client and team concerns
• Develop and maintain best-in-class project tracking methods
• Implement processes and tools that increase efficiency and ability to deliver exceptional solutions
• Translate the needs of internal partners to the design team and ensure expectations are met
• Manage changes in priorities and implements plans to meet business needs
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Share candidate and internal feedback as appropriate
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on all candidates
• Other responsibilities as assigned

RRD's current salary range for this role is $74000 to $115500/ year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
