Description
Location: Pensacola, Florida
Work Schedule: Full Time, M-F with 4–5 days per week in-office.
Salary: 100,000- 120,000k, depending on experience
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Operations Manager to support the legal and contractual functions of a growing organization. This position will report directly to the General Counsel and serve as a key administrative and operational resource, coordinating legal documentation, contracts, document requests, and communications with internal stakeholders and outside legal counsel.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate environment, with preference given to individuals who have experience in the senior living industry. Candidates with backgrounds in finance, administration, business operations, or contract administration may also be well suited for the role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, managing multiple priorities, and bringing structure and organization to legal and administrative processes.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, reliable, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and follow matters through to completion. While a legal background is valuable, this position does not necessarily require a practicing attorney or traditional paralegal profile. A candidate who has worked in finance or administration within a corporate senior living organization could be particularly well suited, provided they have demonstrated experience working with contracts, documentation, confidential information, and multiple internal stakeholders. The ideal person will be comfortable asking questions, learning quickly, reviewing detailed agreements, coordinating with attorneys, and ensuring that important legal and contractual matters do not fall through the cracks.
