Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or related regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage department records, databases, and filing systems.
• Coordinate annual reporting and entity maintenance activities.
• Lead corporate recordkeeping and document retention initiatives.
• Support governance documentation and information management to ensure compliance.
• Serve as operational liaison with vendors, outside counsel, Finance, Compliance, and stakeholders.
• Review vendor invoices, budgets, and expenses; identify discrepancies and escalate.
