VC Stack is seeking a Legal Operations Associate to join our legal team in Sunnyvale, California. This role involves assisting with all aspects of the investment diligence process and provides exposure to various legal issues. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong quantitative backgrounds interested in business law.

You will help conduct legal due diligence, prepare investment documents, and maintain portfolio data. This full-time position requires a minimum two-year commitment with in-office work Monday through Thursday and Friday being remote.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Minimum two-year commitment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist legal team in conducting legal due diligence on prospective portfolio companies.
