Job summary

CURE Auto Insurance is seeking a highly organized Legal Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our in-house defense team. The role is based in Princeton, NJ and involves coordinating supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships to maintain a productive onsite environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of office or legal administration, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of CURE Auto Insurance’s in house defense firm.
  • Coordinate office needs, including supplies, equipment, facilities, maintenance, and general workplace services.
  • Monitor inventory and order office, kitchen, technology, and other necessary supplies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for office vendors, building management, service providers, and other external partners.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, deliveries, and other building or office-related services.
  • Monitor onsite employee needs and address day-to-day office concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate onsite meetings, events, employee gatherings, and other office activities.
  • Support office moves, seating assignments, workspace changes, and other physical office needs.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to identify and address operational needs.
  • Communicate office updates, procedures, and logistical information to employees.
  • Manage and monitor employee timekeeping and timecard processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission and addressing discrepancies in coordination with appropriate departments.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Legal Office Administrator
Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the in house insurance defense form for CURE Auto Insurance. This position will serve as a key point of contact for office operations, ensuring the workplace is organized, well-supported, and running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating with employees and vendors, anticipating office needs, and facilitating a professional and productive onsite environment. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to independently identify and resolve operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business technology.

Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels, vendors, leadership, and external partners.

Physical Actions/Environment : Required job duties consist of prompt and regular attendance, ability to frequently move about the office to coordinate work with others; standing, sitting and typing for extended periods; and lifting and/or carrying up to 5 lbs. Ability to frequently communicate with others in-person, on the phone/virtually, and in writing. Ability to read, understand, process and evaluate large amounts of technical information and make related, informed decisions.

Starting Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually based on experience

Schedule: We offer flexible work hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with options like 8–4, 8:30–4:30, or 9–5. We do our best to support individual preferences, though schedules may be adjusted as needed to ensure strong coverage and teamwork.
