Responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise a wide range of commercial contracts or business agreements.
• Provide timely legal support to daily operations and business teams, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Handle legal matters related to funds, trust, custodians.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties such as regulators, counsel and auditors.
• Monitor changes in laws/regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Provide legal training to internal staff as needed.
