Key responsibilities include legal document preparation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, providing strategic legal consulting, and managing legal affairs across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in York, ME, and requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives while adhering to legal standards.
