Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, corporate records, and filings for M&A due diligence.
• Assist in drafting litigation summaries and tracking deadlines.
• Maintain corporate records and governance documents.
• Provide general business legal support including contract review and research.
• Support compliance program development, training materials, and risk assessments.
