CNO Financial Group, Inc. invites current law students to join our 2027 Legal Internship. You will work alongside our Legal Counsel, completing day-to-day tasks in insurance contracts, marketing materials, and policy interpretation, while supporting compliance and regulatory inquiries.

The program emphasizes professional development and networking. Qualified candidates are pursuing a JD, have completed the first year, and can commit to 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks during the summer.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of JD with completion of first year.
• Ability to analyze facts and apply laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze facts to assist with legal counsel on contracts, marketing materials, and policy interpretations.
• Support underwriting processes for life and health policies and claims processing.
• Assist with inquiries from compliance, employment, privacy, and regulatory areas.
