Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited JD program with at least one year of law school completed.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and factual research and communicate findings concisely.
• Assist with reviewing, drafting, and organizing contracts and policies.
• Support projects across commercial, employment, IP, disputes, compliance, and policy areas.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals to gather information and propose solutions.
• Learn how an in-house legal department manages risk and supports operations.
• Network with senior leaders and interns during the program.
