Legal Intake Specialist NRH - Split Shift

Join our team as a Legal Intake Specialist NRH - Split Shift at Legal Intake Professionals.

Position Overview

We are immediately hiring Legal Intake Specialists at our North Richland Hills location. This role involves establishing relationships with potential clients by handling incoming calls, following detailed scripts, and filling out intake forms. The position requires empathy, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor, as you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with personal injury matters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening and question-asking skills
• Typing and PC skills in a Windows environment
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in-office on a split shift

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $17.00/hr (English) to $19.00/hr (Bilingual Spanish/English). Benefits include employee stock ownership, full medical/dental/vision coverage, paid vacation, 401K with matching, and free life insurance.

Shift Details

Split shifts, 40 hours/week, with specific schedules provided. Training lasts approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Post-training, employees move to their scheduled shifts.
