Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP in Boise, ID seeks a Business Intake Specialist to provide operational and analytical support to billing attorneys and the Business Intake team. You will procure, research, analyze, and capture key information to open matters accurately while complying with firm policies.

The role offers hybrid schedule, training in legal intake, conflict checks, data integrity, and opportunities for advancement, with a strong focus on risk management, client onboarding, and efficient matter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience as a legal assistant or similar role preferred in a large/medium firm.
• Strong data integrity and research skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Intake Manager and Ethics & Conflicts Managers with departmental operations.
• Respond to inquiries and retrieve or provide engagement letters and related information.
• Maintain engagement letter documents in approved folders and systems.
• Capture and analyze data to open new matters or add parties from start to finish.
• Generate reports to identify dormant intake requests and drive them to completion.
• Support late shift operations and onboarding processes for attorneys and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information per firm policies.
