Your Role as a Legal Executive Recruiter

As a Legal Executive Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of the recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to placing them in prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Identifying and engaging top attorney candidates using a variety of innovative sourcing methods.
  • Interviewing attorney candidates to assess their marketability and fit for our clients.
  • Networking with attorneys and legal professionals to build a robust pipeline of talented candidates.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with law firm and corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Staying abreast of market trends and legal industry developments to ensure you are always ahead of the curve.
  • Extending offers of employment and negotiating compensation packages to secure the best talent for our clients.

What We're Looking For

  • JD required

Your legal background is essential.

  • Desire to transition into a sales / recruiting role

We value your enthusiasm and motivation.

Business acumen and a drive to succeed are key.

Preferred but not required (real estate, retail, hospitality, client services, business development).

  • Experience practicing law

No prior recruiting experience is necessary, but your legal practice experience is crucial.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $50,000 with limitless earning potential through our uncapped commission structure, allowing top performers to maximize their income.
