Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting and/or finance.
• CPA is desired.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as legal entity controller with monthly closing responsibilities.
• Prepare quarterly financial information for SEC filings.
• Assist in regulatory capital analysis with Market Risk, Credit Risk and Corporate Treasury.
• Ensure accurate reporting of regulatory information in public reports.
• Liaise with Product Controllers, Funding Controllers, Corporate Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Market Risk and Credit Risk.
• Assist in preparation of standalone entity financial information and disclosures per US GAAP.
• Perform and review ad hoc analyses for internal and external reporting.
