Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting and/or finance.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is desired.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as legal entity controller for monthly close, monitoring intercompany relationships and GL vs sub-ledger
• Prepare quarterly financial information for SEC filings
• Assist in regulatory capital analysis with Risk and Treasury teams
• Ensure accurate reporting of regulatory information in public disclosures
• Collaborate with Product, Funding, Tax, Regulatory and Risk teams on inquiries and transfers
• Assist in standalone entity financial information and disclosures per US GAAP
• Perform ad hoc analyses for consolidation reporting
