Qualifications

• One full year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 in discovery management, investigation support, and litigation assistance.
• Education: Master's or two years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a related field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Law, IT).
• Combining Education and Experience may meet total qualifications if graduate education exceeds 1 full year.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, review, and summarize incoming and outgoing discovery in electronic or other formats.
• Handle evidence and discovery, including redactions and webcam redactions.
• Use Discovery software, Everlaw, Case View, Adobe, Excel, and PowerPoint to collect, organize, analyze, and present information.
• Conduct factual legal research and cite-check legal briefs and memos.
• Prepare draft pleadings, stipulations, motions, and tables of authorities.
• Provide administrative support for assigned cases and maintain case management systems.
