Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a Legal Counsel for a leading solar panel manufacturing company in Houston with full remote flexibility within the United States. The role focuses on day-to-day legal support in commercial contracting, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.

You will negotiate MSAs, advise on AD/CVD and import controls, and support domestic content and tax credit certifications, with preference for in-house experience and IP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active U.S. bar admission.
• Experience in solar manufacturing or energy supply chain is mandatory.
• Prior in-house experience is preferred.
