Job description

On a day-to-day basis, the role will involve:

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements, as well as assisting the business in negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Helping the business with contractual terms with clients to ensure deals and transactions reach a successful conclusion.
• Advising the business on ad hoc queries relating to the sector.
• Reviewing contracts related to areas such as IT, marketing, and employment.
• Assisting with litigation matters, including responding to basic county court claims.
