Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires license to practice law in Illinois and at least one year of professional experience, preferably with regulations and administrative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor to the Directors concerning Driver Services, Illinois State Archives and BAIID programs.
• Review current and proposed legislation for legal sufficiency and draft memoranda, reports and opinions.
• Direct and supervise staff, participate in meetings, and coordinate with other attorneys and agencies.
