Firm Advice is conducting a search for an innovative, self-starter transactional attorney to provide key legal support for our client that operates in the data center space. This attorney will work with business partners to draft and negotiate complex, multi-million-dollar commercial transactions for off-grid energy solutions as well as for the procurement of goods and services.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and cutting-edge industry. In addition, this position offers very flexible time in office and an intelligent, collaborative team to work with.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• JD and membership in good standing in at least one U.S. bar.
• 3+ years’ experience drafting, structuring and negotiating, technology transactions, including managing the contracting process from start to finish.
• Familiarity drafting and negotiating energy and/or construction agreements a plus.
• Experience with network/telecom/co-location and/or hyperscale transactions a plus.
