Role

We are seeking legal counsel with expertise in Bitcoin estate planning to join our network. This is not an employee position, nor it is full-time work. Rather, successful applicants will become part of our referral network; they may receive work from Generatio on a referral basis or as independent contractors. Each professional will be response for operating their own practice in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Receive referrals from Generatio
• Provide high-quality legal advice and services to Generatio's clients
• Collaborate with Generatio to develop strategies to manage and protect Bitcoin assets and family wealth
• Remain up-to-date on legislative and regulatory changes related to Bitcoin in your practice area and in your jurisdiction
• Translation of legal concepts to non-lawyers, and Bitcoin concepts to non-Bitcoiners

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Licence to practice law in your jurisdiction(s)
• Extensive experience in your practice area(s)
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin
• Strong understanding of strategizing within the regulatory regimes that applies to Bitcoin and Bitcoin-related business/investments in your jurisdiction
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication in English and fluency in languages used in professional services in your jurisdiction.
