Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide commercial legal support for its global life sciences data and AI solutions in North Charleston, SC. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, including SaaS and data licenses, and deliver pragmatic risk assessments to stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Legal, you will help build scalable processes in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multinational legal team to align strategy with business goals.

Qualifications
