Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.## ## ## **Group Summary:**The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world.**Job Responsibilities:**• Work closely with the Magna Exteriors General Counsel on all legal matters relating to the operations of Magna Exteriors in North America, including contract negotiations with customers and suppliers, leases and real estate related transactions, employment matters, acquisitions and joint venture transactions and management of dispute resolution matters, including litigation.• Provide practical legal advice and support to the Exteriors Group Management and operating management teams on a variety of business issues.• Work with external legal advisors to ensure that external legal services are managed efficiently and cost-effectively.• Coordinate projects and issues management with Magna Legal Counsel colleagues at other Magna Groups, Magna’s Corporate Office and in regional offices in Europe, China and Mexico.• Actively participate in the training and other initiatives in connection with Magna’s Legal Compliance program.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
