Job summary

Magna Exteriors Brownstown is seeking an HR Generalist to provide guidance and support for team members, team leaders and managers. You will back up recruiting, coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation, and help ensure compliance training and unemployment claims are handled efficiently.

As part of Magna Exteriors, you will coordinate Workday/Dayforce implementations, promote open-door resolution of issues, and support company events and activities while upholding Magna's equal opportunity

• Provide guidance and support for Team Members, Team Leaders and Managers at Magna Exteriors Brownstown.
• Promote Open Door Process to proactively resolve complaints.
• Coordinate corrective actions and investigations for assigned department and shift.
• Back up Recruiting for hourly and salary positions: screening, interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and coordinate Workday/Dayforce/Authenticator implementations.
• Track and monitor legal compliance training as directed.
• Process tuition reimbursement submissions timely and unemployment claims.
• Support company functions and special events.
