Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced attorney to own the contracting lifecycle, review sales and software agreements, and ensure compliant deal terms.

You will negotiate with clients, advise HR on employment practices, and provide litigation support to protect the company’s interests, joining a leading cybersecurity team. A JD from an accredited law school and 2+ years in commercial/hi-tech law are required; US work eligibility is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial/hi-tech law.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
• Experience supporting Marketing or Sales.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills.
• Cybersecurity experience a plus.
• Export regulations experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent contract development and negotiation skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
