Job Title: Legal Counsel
About the Opportunity: We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team at PHC Americas. In this role, you’ll work closely with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to provide timely, practical legal support across a wide range of business areas. You’ll handle everything from commercial contracts to legal compliance, collaborating with teams across the organization. Location: This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.

The hiring salary range for this position is $120,000 - 140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
