Job summary

Moove is seeking a high-energy Legal Counsel to act as a strategic architect for their autonomous vehicle revolution in Miami, FL. You will lead real estate and land use initiatives, negotiate leases and charging agreements, and draft vendor contracts and master service agreements.

You will manage the lifecycle of corporate entities and bridge gaps between Infrastructure, Safety, Finance and HR while coordinating with outside counsel. A J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited school.
• Active bar membership in at least one US state.
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law.
• Experience in the automotive or AV space is a bonus.
